I can’t enjoy the same cannabis strains as my friends

I have always heard that one medication can affect two separate people in extremely different ways.

After years of taking various medications prescribed by many doctors, I couldn’t agree with that sentiment more.

One of the strangest examples I can recall is the case with benadryl. I used it for many years as a sleep aid and for allergy symptom relief inside the daytime hours. To this day, benadryl is one of the most sedating drugs that I have ever used. It was a guarantee to end my insomnia if I took 50mg of benadryl before I went to sleep at night. Believe it or not, I had a buddy in college insist that he constantly would become severely hyper after taking benadryl. I told him repeatedly that I didn’t actually believe him, but one day I was hanging out with him and he took one of those little pink pills. His pollen irritations are as extreme as mine, so he uses it for the sinus relief. I honestly saw him become entirely hyper and stimulated as if he had just drunk a bunch of Pepsi or taken speed. I could not believe what I was seeing, even though he had been telling the truth the whole time. Cannabis strains work in the same way pretty much. Every time I go to the cannabis dispensary, there are so many different selections of cannabis strains. They have an immense variety in every form of marijuana, whether you wish to have flowers, hash, wax, shatter, rosin, distillate oil, or cartridges. I started to mark down what strain I would take each time so I could record the different reactions. I managed to discover that some of the dispensary strains that my friends swore by honestly had adverse effects on my mental health. Likewise, there are various strains from the cannabis dispensary that I love to get whenever they are available. Amazingly enough, various friends don’t appreciate Gorilla Glue #4 quite as much as I do.
